Choosing a Headset

General Office Environment
If you wish
to use a headset in a general office environment where you may need to
confer with colleagues and retain the use of your handset,
a convertible or monaural headband headset is recommended.
A convertible
headset offers either a headband or ear hook - please note that if you
wear spectacles, it is unlikely that an ear hook will be your most
comfortable option.
