Choosing a Headset

Switchboard
 If you are a switchboard operator who
needs to leave your desk regularly,
(such as to perform reception duties), you ought to consider trying a cordless
headset. This would allow you to leave you desk completely without having
to disconnect your headset - and even answer the phone while somewhere
else!
If you wish to
use a headset in a situation where you need total
concentration whilst on the telephone and/or you need to screen
out all external noise to cut out distraction, a noise
cancelling headband headset with two receivers is recommended. Click
