GN 2000
contact-centre headsets are designed to withstand the roughest
handling yet feature superb call clarity. These corded headsets come
with either a special noise-canceling microphone mounted on a flex
boom arm, or with a SoundTube standard microphone.
GN Netcom’s noise-canceling technology reduces background
noise facilitating crystal clear communications and thereby
increases productivity.
These comfortable
headsets feature wideband response from 150 - 6800 Hz to ensure
optimum call clarity. GN Netcom’s PeakStop™ technology
eliminates sudden loud noises that could be labeled as acoustic
startle.
There is also a
version of the GN 2000 a USB connector for VoIP applications. This
is available with in-line sound controls and is compliant with
Microsoft Windows
