Should you find that you have a faulty Jabra headset, please call us on 0844 477 1630 for a warranty or fixed price repair. For your piece of mind, please note that all Jabra repairs are conducted by Jabra to meet all the relevant safety legislation.

The repair service covers all GN and Jabra office and contact centre headset products. When you call please ensure that you have the faulty item to hand. You will need to give us the serial number of the item, your contact details and an email address. For non-warranty repairs, you will be asked to make payment at the time of the call. Please be prepared with a debit/credit card. If this is not possible you can request to open a credit account.
