Returns Policy
At Communications Solutions UK customer satisfaction is
our priority. Therefore, if your goods are damaged in
transit please notify us within 48 hours of receipt or, if
they arrive faulty or damaged we offer a replacement service
or a refund.
In either case, the faulty goods must be returned in
their original packaging with all documentation within 30
days of the invoice date.
Call us for a Returns Authorisation number and the address
to where the goods should be returned. Upon receipt, we will
test the goods and thereafter action your refund or dispatch
your replacement.
The return delivery cost of the goods is paid by the
sender, not Communications Solutions UK. We recommend that
that they are sent by a means where they are insured and you
can obtain a proof of delivery,
If you require a refund, we will make substantial efforts
to ensure that it is handled quickly and professionally. We
reserve the right to make a handling and administration
charge of up to 10% of the total order value.
Warranty & Repairs
We hope that your equipment will be ‘trouble free’. Every
effort has been made to ensure that goods are of the highest
quality. However, on the rare occasion that an item becomes
faulty, either in or out of warranty, please ring us. You
can be assured that we will secure you the best possible
outcome, be it a repair or a replacement unit.
